Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You must notify us in writing within this 14-day period.

Once cancellation is confirmed, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

2. Condition of Returns

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Securely packaged to prevent damage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where goods are faulty.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or bespoke items
  • Items damaged due to misuse
